Atmospheric Electric Field (PG) • Global Electric Circuit • Space Weather

Summary

Direct-entry PhD student in Electrical & Computer Engineering (CRAAM/Mackenzie, Brazil). My research focuses on the atmospheric electric field (PG) and the Global Electric Circuit (GEC). I integrate ground-based PG measurements with satellite datasets (ISCCP, LIS/OTD, GLM) and neural-network models. My PhD work involves modeling the GEC (e.g., EGATEC) and analyzing PG variability in relation to pollutants and seismic activity.

Alongside this research, I develop and deploy interactive web applications for data analysis. These tools support my own projects (like the GOES X-ray Viewer and Flare Explorer) and provide real-time environmental monitoring (AireIca).
